I typically ship out orders Wednesday through Friday, and most ready-to-ship items go out within 5–7 business days, not counting weekends or major holidays (because I’m not the USPS and I do, in fact, need sleep). For preorders or subscription boxes, the ship date will be listed in the product description—yes, you should totally read it. 😌

Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of my items, I don’t offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged or cursed by the USPS, email me (lianna@grumpygreetings.co) and we’ll work something out. I’m chaotic, not heartless.
